Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Azmi was born on 10th April 1986 in India is an actress who has mostly appeared in Hindi films. Ayesha Takia won an award called the Filmfare Best Debut Award in 2004 for her role in Taarzan The Wonder Car, that marked her first appearance on screen. Later appearances in the film include Paathshaala (2009) Wanted (2010) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007, 2008) as well as Socha Na Tha (2010). Her first cameo was for a commercial for the well-known health beverage Complan. The Complan brand's defining commercial I'm a Complan boy. I'm an Complan girl, alongside Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor. The remix song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin as well featured her. The song became a massive success in India during the period of remixes. In the following months, she was receiving invitations to appear in Bollywood films. Takia had to wait a while before releasing Taarzan the Wonder Car, which had been intended for Socha Na Tha. However issues with production caused delays in its release. Ayesha's courage in the face of morality was evident in her attack on her political father-inlaw Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party member Abu Azmi for his views about the punishment for rape survivors. When she participated in an PETA India advertisement she made the public announcement that she was vegan. In 2006, Ayesha Takhia was named in the top 100 Most Desirable Woman of India.
